Service of Public and Mass Media Relations:

• The service organizes press-conferences and briefings of heads and employees;
• Presents current and performed projects in the Civil Registry system;
• Prepares information and press-releases about activity of the Agency;
• Works on renewal of the web-page.

Any journalist interested in promulgation of activity of the Agency may appeal to the service and obtain information about activity of the Civil Registry;

The Service renders operative service to journalists to obtain information or comments of an official.

Meanwhile, the Service gives telephone and personal consultations to citizens concerning interesting for them questions.
