Joint written application of spouses;

Birth certificate of common minor children;

Receipt of payment of the state duty - 45 GEL;

Marriage certificate;

Enacted court decision on acknowledgement of the other spouse as incapable, or missing, or if the other spouse is condemned to custodial coercion for not less than 3 years for commitment of a crime;

Receipt of payment of the state duty - 45 GEL;

The certificate is issued after expiration of 1 month since submission of the application and submission of the documents, necessary for registration stipulated in the law. The application on divorce should be submitted according to the place of registration of one of the spouses in the respective territorial office of the Civil Registry Agency.

4. Documents, necessary for divorce registration on the basis of a court resolution;

Written application of both or one spouse;

Identity documents of the divorcing persons (identification card of a citizen or passport);

Marriage certificate;

Enacted court decision on divorce;

Receipt of payment of the state duty (on the basis of a court decision);

The certificate is issued the day of submission of the application and submission of the documents, necessary for registration stipulated in the law. The application on divorce may be submitted according to the place of registration of one of the spouses, including in the respective territorial office of the Civil Registry Agency according to the place of making of the court decision.
